Our client is an established an growing local real estate investment company focused on commercial, retail and residential developments throughout NYC as well as out of state.  We are seeking a strong PX level candidate who has overseen at least 2 large scale high rise projects from pre-construction through to close out with successful collaboration between all stakeholders.  We are seeking a diplomatic owners rep / PX who can provide technical oversight and collaborative supervision to a qualified CM firm in the building of a large scale project.

Requirements:

At least two recent ground up projects completed over 30-40 stories.
At least one project completed over 500k sq ft.
At least a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering
References who will validate your experience and your approach to managing projects.  

Salary / Compensation
This position is with a steadily growing company that has opportunities both locally and out of state.  This real estate investment firm is young and growing and requires the expertise of someone who is proven but who is still interested in learning, pushing forward in their career and establishing a continued successful track record of large scale projects being completed on time and within budget.
For the right person, pay is less of a concern, but the general range is 175-210k.  Benefits and bonus potential as well.
