Our client is a several decades old high end retail GC / CM focused on deep devotion to carefully curated experience for their clients in the built out of high end retail projects throughout the country.  If you possess tremendous project management skills, retail experience, and some exposure to architects and clients who work in the higher end echelon of the industry, this could be the perfect jobs for you.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of Construction Project Management experience
Minimum 5 projects from a-z in retail or high end retail.
NYC Experience (some national experience preferred)
Procore experience or exposure.
Proven track record of running multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: Depends on Experience, range is 100 – 155k
