Commercial Office Superintendent

Our client is an East Coast based CM firm focused on commercial projects, particularly in the commercial interior / renovation sector. They are of the 'new school' but very much intertwined with the old school. In other words they are organized, process driven, professional, but also founded in values and best practices.

We are seeking an experienced superintendent with drive and communication skills to collaborate on the job site, push when need be, but create progress by working together with your subcontractors and consultants.

Requirements:
– 5 years experience in commercial interiors
– At least 7 years in construction management
– OSHA certs and NYC DOB Super licenses
