Our client is a dominant force within the high end residential sector, building projects for high net worth families for decades with project values ranging from $5 to over $100 million.  We are seeking a director of business development to support this NYC company's expansion both within the NYC area but also throughout the US.  

– Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in business development within the AEC space.
Minimum Bachelors level degree in a related field
Tremendous and verifiable track record of supporting expansion by bringing in new relationships, maintaining those relationships and broadening the scope and exposure of your employer's network.
