Our client is a large regional high end residential GC / CM with a very large volume of new mansions and townhouses throughout the tri-state area.  We are seeking a financial controller to join this organization who has managed the complex financials of a company with multiple regional offices, subcontracting and manufacturing entities, CM and GC contracts, and physical and personnel assets in various locations.  We are seeking someone who is familiar with doing business in CT and NY and someone who is very very tough.

– Minimum 10 years experience in construction accounting.
– Some accounting software experience in Timberline or other similar programs.
– Experience working in a demanding and fast paced atmosphere
– Strong negotiation skills.
– Strong organizational skills.
