Our client has been around for several decades as a small to mid sized CM / GC, and is now growing into larger projects and eventually their own developments.  This is a ground floor opportunity to work with a growing company on a very challenging project in a prime location with some serious visibility.  

We are seeking a lead superintendent or a superintendent who is ready to step into a lead super role.

Requirements:
– Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry.
– At least one major ground up project including direct exposure to foundation and superstructure.
– Projects up to at least 30 stories (preferably up to 40-50)
– Hotel Experience is a plus.
– Ready for a serious challenge
– Interested in working in a collaborative environment that enables you to be responsible for an entire project.
– Experience working on lean teams, though still in collaboration and with support from PM / PX / APM / ASUPER / MEP, etc…
