Our client is a high end residential CM focused on luxury residential renovation and townhouse work throughout NYC.  We are seeking a PM preferably with experience in Brooklyn and Manhattan, and with experience on large scale townhouse gut reno work as well as apartment renovations in high end buildings.  Project ranges in the 3-15 million dollar range.  We are willing to look at candidates with at least 5 years of experience.  ProCore experience is required.  We have had tremendous success placing people who STAY in their positions for a long time at this company.  They are fair, even and capable, and always looking to grown and improve.
