Human Resources Coordinator

Our client is a high end builder in the NYC area focused on luxury residential projects.

We are seeking an HR Coordinator with a passion for HR and an understanding of the real impacts a robust and fully operational HR department can have on employee learning, employee retention, company morale, company branding, and the lives of the people with whom you work.  

Required experience includes:
– AT least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
– Bachelor's Degree or SHRM (or related) certifications
– Advanced skills in MS Office
– Tremendous Written and Verbal Communication Skills
– Professional Demeanor and Behavior

Responsibilities:

Report to HR Manager
Assist with Recruitment (job ads, coordination of interviews, applicant tracking, affiliated paperwork)
On-Boarding Assistance 
Benefits Enrollment QA
Ensuring employee Training / Certification / Licensing Renewal and compliance
Assisting in Performance Evalulations
Process Workers Comp Claims, liaise w/Insurance
Assist in Employee Manual prep, JDs, HR Policies
Additional Admin work as requested.
