Job Description

MEP Superintendent / Coordinator

We are seeking an MEP Superintendent with strong coordination and early planning phase experience in ground up high rise work within the NYC area.  The hiring company is a CM firm focused on ground up high rise work in Manhattan (non-union).  This particular project is a 50 story ground up hotel which is currently in foundation.  

Requirements:
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture
Ground UP High Rise Experience
Tremendous MEP exposure on large scale projects (over 200k sq ft)
Experience on Hotel Projects is a plus
