Our client is a boutique owners rep firm located in Brooklyn and focused solely on the non-profit sector.  This is a tight group of accomplished professionals, who are seeking to add a key team member who will manage accounts, and provide full cycle oversight to projects from pre-development through to close out.  

Ideally, you will have a mix of design and construction management experience, though we are willing to see candidates from any of the primary disciplines in this business including architecture, engineering, construction management, with specialties in planning, infrastructure, general project management, pre-construction / budgeting, etc…
