We are seeking an Executive with at least 10 years of experience in design, development, construction, or owner representation within the renovation and / or ground up disciplines on private and public sector projects throughout NYC.  This person will leverage their experience and team management skills to provide immediate growth to this already established owners rep / development consultancy. 

Hopes and Dreams:
– Minimum 10 years of professional experience
– Team Management of at least 4 team members
– Some experience bringing in business (not 100% necessary)
– Tremendous communication skills
– Some exposure to the Non-Profit sector would be great
– Positive motivational management style
– Entrepreneurial Spirit
– Prior experience running a team, division, or even separate P&L for a group.
– Strong experience in process management and improvements.
– An ability to delegate while also running accounts / projects.

Salary Depends on Experience – targeting 175-180k, plus upside.
