Our client is a developer / builder based in the outer boroughs, with a long track record of successful development of ground up residential market rate and affordable rentals.  They operate as a developer with an in-house CM group, and they are looking to utilize their decades and decades of knowledge while continuing to implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

We are seeking a Project Executive who will manage a minimum of two or three project teams on various sites throughout NYC, including Project Managers and Superintendents – driving these projects in a hands on manner from the main office, with regular site visitation.  While executing these projects you will also be the pre-construction lead (working with other PMs and the development team) on new projects.  

You must have experience running multiple projects (ground up) simultaneously, and have tremendous leadership skills.  We are seeking a collaborator and someone who will keep trades accountable.  Attention to detail is a must.

Salary 175k plus or minus plus benefits.
