Project Executive

Our client is an established CM firm with a long history in NYC focused on retail, commercial office, private schools, multifamily residential and cultural / institutional work.  We are seeking a PX with diverse project history, strong organizational skills, proven management experience over other PMs, while still possessing a strong hands on project management role in mid to large sized projects both ground up and renovation.

Requirements
A minimum 14 years in NYC Construction Management / General Contracting.
Strong track record of completing projects over $10 million as SPM or higher.  
Team Management skills.
Pre-Construction / Estimating Skills 
Tremendous Organizational Skills

Salary 180k plus or minus, strong benefits, good quality of work life balance.
