We are seeking a project manager with strong renovation, ground up or core & shell experience including some structural and foundation experience within the commercial / retail sector.  Our client is a real estate investment company focused on acquisition, operation and development.  In this role you will be a part of a growing in-house project management team responsible for overseeing external design teams, GC / CMs, and other consultancies.  

Requirements;

Minimum 5 years of CM experience (a mix of owners rep and Cm is ok)
Conversion / Renovation experience required
Successful management of Projects in the 4-10 million dollar range.
Exposure to foundation / underpinning / structural work
NYC Experience required
