It is required in this role that you have:
A degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related)
Experience working for a high volume CM or Developer / Owner
A minimum of 15 years experience in the industry.
Proven leadership skills (must have managed teams of 10-20 people at a minimum)
Exposure to the entire development process from due diligence through to close out.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
