seeks: Regional Lead Manager for project teams throughout the North East (outside of the NYC area mostly) including the Eastern Seaboard, part of Canada and some of the Midwest.

In this role you will oversee the development – execution process with a team of Project Management professionals (up to 8 junior to mid level) running office renovation projects throughout the East Coast.  Most of your projects will be outside of NYC, but the travel burden will be shared with your team, and you will be primarily based here in NYC.

Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years experience in Construction Management and Development Management.
A background in Construction Management and owners side Project Management including lease through to design and construction oversight / execution.  
Management of other project managers in the Design – Pre-Construction and Construction Phases of a project.

Important to Note: This is not a pre-development / development only focused position – you will be managing the execution of projects, through your team members, oversight of internal and external resources including design and construction management companies.  

Important to Note: This position requires that you have amazing People Management skills, just as much as you have technical development and project management skills.

Salary is 185 – 205k plus (depending on experience).

You must have some strong exposure or openness to leveraging technology in various stages of development to improve long term efficiency and clean process.
