Our client is a decades old commercial firm based in NYC with a tremendous portfolio of high end work throughout NYC and CT.  They have opened a high end residential firm over the last 10 years which has blossomed and built some of the most architecturally stunning projects the city and the suburbs have seen.  We are seeking high end residential PMs with experience on projects over $30-40 million, or commercial PMs with an attention to detail and experience dealing with deeply engaged clients that require a level of service not normally seen within the commercial sector.  This is a high profile position where you will be building for extremely impressive architects and clients.
