Senior Project Manager

Our client is a boutique yet well known CM firm within the high end cultural, institutional and medical space in NYC.  If you have an interest and experience working on projects like higher education, museums, labs, hospitals, cultural institutions, etc…. this may be the role for you.  We are seeking a SN PM with strong Pre-Con experience.

Salary depends on experience, though for the right person equity stake may be on the table.  Likely a salary in the 150k plus or minus range.

Must have experience on projects in the 1-20 million dollar range.
