Our client is an established and respected CM focused on ground up non-union mix use and residential high rise projects throughout NYC and NJ.  We are seeking reputable project management professionals with at least 15 years of experience in high rise ground work in NYC focused on both mix use and luxury residential projects.  You must have strong organizational and communication skills, strong NYC knowledge and a successful and verifiable track record in the industry through reputable references.
