Our client is a local real estate investment company focused on investment, acquisition, operation and development of assets in the commercial office, residential and retail space.  We are seeking a talented in-house project manager with ground up high rise experience from the CM and /or Owners side on projects over 30 stories in NYC.  

Requirements:
– Design Team Coordination experience
– Ground Up High Rise experience in NYC (at least 30 stories)
– Construction Management Experience
– Background / Education in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture
– Passion for building
– Able to work in Manhattan & Brooklyn

With the support and mentoring of a talented VP of Construction you will lead this project by managing the design team, CM, and other consultancies and vendors through an aggressive schedule while pushing for the highest quality of work.  The CM selected for this project is highly organized and capable, and the project itself will be highly visible.  

Beyond this project our client has various other jobs in the design / development, schematic phases, conceptual phase both here in NYC and out of state.  This is a long term opportunity with a young but stable group.
